Section 80 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 80 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Savings in regard to last two sections. It provides as follows:

Nothing in the last two foregoing sections shall(a) invalidate dispositions by will;
or

(b) affect any interest validly created before the commencement of this Law; or

(c) affect the right to acquire an interest in land by virtue of taking possession; or

(d) affect the operation of the law relating to part performance.
