Section 80 Nigeria Police Act

Section 80 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Warrant issued by the Federal High Court. It is under Part VIII (Warrants) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) A warrant of arrest issued by a. Federal High Court sitting anywhere in Nigeria may be executed in any part of Nigeria.

(2) A warrant issued under this section may be executed in accordance with section 7 5 of this Act.
