Section 8 Sheriffs and Civil Process Act

Section 8 of the Sheriffs and Civil Process Act 1945 is about Sheriff to make return of writs. It provides as follows:

The sheriff shall receive writs and process of a court issued in accordance with this Act and shall be charged with making returns thereto.
