Section 8 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 8 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Management of the Commission. It is under Part II (Establishment of the Governing Board of the Commission) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Director-General or, any of the Commissioners designated by the Director-General to act in his absence, shall be responsible for the management and administration of the Commission and shall be answerable to the Board of the Commission.
