Section 79 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 79 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Supplementary provisions as to the requirement to furnish information. It is under Part X (Monopoly) of the Act.

Any power conferred on the Commission under this Act to require a person or body corporate to furnish information shall be exercisable by notice in writing served on that person or body corporate.
