Section 787 CAMA 2020

Section 787 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Inspector’s report to be evidence. It is under Chapter 8 (Investigation) of the Act.

A copy of the report of any inspector or inspectors appointed under the provisions of this Act, authenticated in such manner, as may be prescribed shall be admissible in any legal proceeding as evidence in relation to any matter contained in the report.
