Section 75 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Suspension of punishment. It is under Part IX (Abuse of a Dominant Position) of the Act.

Where upon receipt of the directive under section 73 (1) (b) of this Act, the undertaking or undertakings concerned submits or submit to the Commission the measures it or they propose to take to cease the abusive practice and a timetable for giving effect to the measures, and the Commission is satisfied as to the measures, the Commission may decide not to proceed with the institution of action that leads to the penalties prescribed in section 74 of this Act against the undertaking or undertakings.
