Section 74 Nigeria Police Act

Section 74 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Warrant may be issued on any day. It is under Part VIII (Warrants) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A warrant of arrest may be issued on any day, including a Sunday or public holiday.
