Section 730 CAMA 2020

Section 730 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Fees. It is under Chapter 29 (Miscellaneous and supplemental application of this part) of the Act.

(1) Any fee paid to the Commission before the commencement of this Act, is deemed to have been validly paid under this Act.

(2) All fees paid to the Commission, and not otherwise directed by this Act for payment into a particular account, shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation.
