Section 69 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 69 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Information by the Attorney-General. It provides as follows:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Law or any other Law of the House of Assembly, the Attorney-General of the State may exhibit an information in respect of any offence triable on information created by any law or in respect of any offence created by an Act the prosecution for which offence or an element of which has been committed in the State.
