Section 68 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 68 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Repeal. It provides as follows:

The provisions of the conveyancing Act, 1881 shall not have any application and effect on mortgage transactions under the Law.
