Section 65 Nigeria Police Act

Section 65 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Summons. It is under Part VII (Powers of Police Officers) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Ally summons lawfully issued by a court may be served by any police officer at anytime during the hours of daylight, which is between 6am to 6pm.
