Section 609 CAMA 2020

Section 609 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Adjustments of rights of contributories. It is under Chapter 21 (Winding-up by the court jurisdiction) of the Act.

The Court shall adjust the right of the contributories among themselves and distribute any surplus among the persons entitled thereto.
