Section 60 Electricity Act 2023

Section 60 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Reports of the Commission. It is under Part V (Establishment, Functions and Powers of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) of the Act.

(1) In addition to any report which the Commission is required by this Act to submit to the Minister, the Commission shall submit to the Minister such other report as the Minister considers advisable.

(2) The Minister shall publicly release any reports submitted under subsection (1), within two months following the receipt of such a report.
