Section 60 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 60 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Offences against Federal Laws. It provides as follows:

Where an offence against Federal Law—
(a) is begun in the State and completed in another State; or

(b) is completed in the State after being begun in another State, the offender may be dealt with, tried and punished as if the offence had been actually or wholly committed in the State.
