Section 6 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 6 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The Seal of the Land Registry shall be impressed on every document emanating from the registry and shall unless the contrary is proven be-
(a) admissible in evidence by all Courts and persons; and

(b) deemed without further proof to have been duly sealed and issued by or under the direction of the Registrar.
