Section 59 Electoral Act 2026

Section 59 of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2026 is about Closing of poll. It provides as follows:

At the prescribed hour for the close of poll, the Presiding Officer shall declare the
poll closed and no more person shall be admitted into the Polling unit and only
those already inside the polling unit shall be allowed to vote.
