Section 57 National Health Act

Section 57 National Health Act 2014 is about Procedure for revocation of any donation. It is under Part VI (Control of Use of Blood, Blood Products, Tissue and Gametes in Humans) of the Act.

A donor may, prior to the removal for transplantation of the relevant organ into the donee, revoke a donation in the same way in which it was made or, in the case of a donation by way of a will or other document, also by the intentional revocation of that will or codicil or document.
