Section 57 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 57 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The Registrar shall not accept for registration, any irrevocable Power of Attorney on which the Governor’s consent has not been endorsed.
