Section 56 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 56 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Decree nisi in first instance. It provides as follows:

A decree of dissolution of marriage or nullity of a voidable marriage under this Act shall, in the first instance, be a decree nisi.
