Section 540 CAMA 2020

Section 540 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Concurrent administrators. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

(1) This section applies where two or more persons are appointed to act concurrently as the administrator of a company.
