Section 53 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 53 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

A registered owner may in the manner prescribed by Law, charge the land with the payment at an appointed time of a principal sum of money either with or without interest or as security for any other purpose and with or without a power of sale.
