Section 523 CAMA 2020

Section 523 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Discharge of administration order on cessation of administration. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

(1) This section applies where—

(a) the Court makes an order under this Chapter providing for the appointment of an administrator of a company to cease to have effect ; and

(b) the administrator was appointed by administration order.

(2) The Court shall discharge the administration order.
