Section 50 Marriage Act

Section 50 of the Marriage Act 1914 is about Marriage officers. It provides as follows:

For the purposes of this Act, every Nigerian diplomatic or consular officer of the
rank of Secretary or above shall be regarded as a marriage officer in the country to which he is accredited.
