Section 50 Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025

Section 50 of the Joint Revenue Board of Nigeria (Establishment) Act 2025 is about Directive by the National Economic Council. It provides as follows:

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the National Economic Council (NEC) may give to the Board such directives on fiscal policy or revenue matters, with regards to the exercise of its functions as may be considered necessary.
