Section 50 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Power of High Court to review recognisance. It provides as follows:

The High Court may at any time, for sufficient reasons, vary, uphold or cancel any recognisance for keeping of the peace or for good behaviour executed under any of the preceding Sections by order of any Court.
