Section 5 Electoral Act 2026

Section 5 of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2026 is about Annual estimates and accounts. It provides as follows:

The Commission shall keep proper accounts and records in respect of each financial year and shall cause its accounts to be audited not later than six months after the end of each financial year as required by law.
