Section 49 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 49 Electoral Act 2022 is about Separate queues for men and women. It is under Part IV (Procedure at Election) of the Act.

The Presiding officer shall separate the queue between men and women if in that area of the country the
culture is such that it does not permit the mingling of men and women in the same queue.
