Section 48 Trade Marks Act 1967

Section 48 of the Trade Marks Act 1967 is about Annual reports of Registrar. It is under ‘Powers and duties of Registrar’ of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Registrar shall, before 1 July in every year, send to the Minister a report on the
execution by or under the Registrar of this Act, and on receipt of any such report, the Minister shall lay a copy thereof before each House of the National Assembly.
