Section 460 CAMA 2020

Section 460 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Restrictions on power to appoint. It is under Chapter 18 (Administration of companies: nature of administration) of the Act.

(1) This section applies where an administrator of a company isappointed—

(a) under section 450 of this Act ; or

(b) on an administration application made by the company or its directors.

(2) An administrator of the company shall not be appointed under section 449 of this Act within 12 months beginning with the date on which the appointment referred to in subsection (1) ceases to have effect.
