Section 46 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 46 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Where a sub-lease has been varied in accordance with section 45 of this Law, the Registrar may, if satisfied that the person requesting for the registration is the holder of a prior sub-lease in respect of the same land, cancel the registration of the prior sub-lease and register the new sub-lease subject to any subsisting encumbrances.
