Section 444 Indian Penal Code

Section 444 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 is about Lurking house-trespass by night. It is under ‘Of Criminal Trespass’ of CHAPTER XVII (OF OFFENCES AGAINST PROPERTY) of the Code.

Whoever commits lurking house-trespass after sunset and before sunrise, is said to commit “lurking house-trespass by night”.
