Section 44 National Health Act

Section 44 National Health Act 2014 is about Plan for Manpower Development. It is under Part V (Human Resources for Health) of the Act.

The National Council shall ensure that there is adequate plan for manpower development throughout the Federation or any part thereof to keep pace with evolving trends of expansion and improvement in health care delivery.
