Section 44 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Filling of vacancies. It is under Part VII (The Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal) of the Act.

Where for reason other than temporary absence, any vacancy occurs m the Tribunal, a successor shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of section 40 (2) of this Act to fill the vacancy.
