Section 44 Electoral Act 2026

Section 44 of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2026 is about Notice of poll. It provides as follows:

The Commission shall, not later than 14 days before the day of the election, cause
to be published, in such manner as it may deem fit, a notice specifying the —

(a) day and hours fixed for the poll;

(b) persons entitled to vote; and

(c) location of the polling units.
