Section 43 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 43 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Where any land is subject to a mortgage, no sub-lease of such land shall be registered without prior consent in writing of the mortgagee unless the instrument creating the mortgage expressly provides otherwise.
