Section 42 VAPP 2015

Section 42 of the Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Act 2015 is about Coordinator for prevention of domestic violence. It provides as follows:

The body vested with the enforcement of this Act shall appoint a person as the
Coordinator for the prevention of domestic violence who shall submit annual report to the Federal Government on the implementation of this Act, a copy of which shall be deposited with the National Bureau for Statistics.
