Section 41 Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011

Section 41 of the Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011 is about Duration of warrant. It provides as follows:

Notwithstanding any provision in any other Law, every warrant for possession shall bear the date after the day mentioned in the Order for possession of the premises in question and shall be in force for three (3) months from such date:

Provided that a Warrant may be renewed every three months but shall not exceed three (3) renewals.
