Section 41 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 41 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) Subject to the provisions of this or any other Law, the holder of land may sublet it on such conditions as he deems fit to any person for a fixed term, ar on the happening of an event as may be determined by the parties.

(2) Any –
(a) building or part of it; or
(b) land or part of it,
may be the subject of a sub-lease and such sub-lease shall be registrable.
