Section 40 National Health Act

Section 40 National Health Act 2014 is about National Health Insurance Scheme. It is under Part IV (Artional Health Research and Information System) of the Act.

It shall be the responsibility of the National Council on Health to ensure the widest possible catchments for the health insurance scheme throughout the Federation or any part thereof.
