Section 386 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 386 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Account and Audit. It provides as follows:

(1) The Secretary shall submit to the Committee not later than 30″ September
in each financial year, an estimate of its expenditure and income for the next
financial year.

(2) The Committee shall keep proper accounts and records in respect of each
financial year and shall cause its accounts to be audited not later than two (2) months from the end of each year in accordance with the Audit Law.

(3) The Committee shall prepare and publish an annual report of its activities.
