Section 385 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 385 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Funds of the Committee. It provides as follows:

There is established for the Committee a fund into which shall be paid –

(a) budgetary allocation to it through the office of the Attorney-General
and Commissioner for Justice;

(b) such monies as may be provided for the Committee by any public, private
or international organisation by way of a grant, support or assistance on
such terms as are consistent with its functions; and

(c) such monies as may be received by the Committee in relation to the
exercise of its functions under this Law.
