Section 382 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Disclosure of Interest. It provides as follows:

A member of the Committee who has a personal interest in any agreement entered into or proposal to be considered by the Committee, shall disclose such interest to
the Committee and shall not vote on any question relating to the transaction.
