Section 38 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 38 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

All expenses incurred by the Registrar or by any person in connection with any investigation, hearing, or inquiry held by the Registrar for the purpose of this Law, shall be borne and paid for by such persons and in such proportions as the Registrar shall order.
