Section 379 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 379 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Meeting of the Committee. It provides as follows:

(1) The Committee shall meet at least once a quarter while the sub-committee
shall meet monthly.

(2) The Chairman shall preside at any meeting of the Committee but in the
absence of the Chairman, the members present shall appoint one (1) of the members to preside at that meeting.
