Section 356 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 356 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Proceedings in relation to which Sections have effect. It provides as follows:

(1) The provisions of sections 357 to 360 shall have effect in relation to proceedings in the High Court or in a Magistrates’ Court.

(2) The provisions of sections 356 to 359 shall apply to all trials held under this Law and where there is a conflict between the provisions of sections 356 to 359 and any other provisions of this Law, the provisions of sections 356 to 359 shall prevail.
