Section 355 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Saving as to other forms and procedure. It provides as follows:

Nothing in this Law shall affect the use or validity of any special forms in respect of any procedure or offence specified under the provisions of any other written law nor the validity of any other procedure provided by any other written law.
