Section 352 Investments and Securities Act

Section 352 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Committees of the Commission. It is under Part XVIII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The Commission may appoint one or more committees, to carry out on its behalf such of its functions as it may determine and a person other than a member of the Board or a staff of the Commission shall hold office on the committee in accordance with the terms of his appointment.

(2) A decision of a committee of the Commission shall be of no effect until it is confirmed by the Commission.
