Section 35 Nigerian Electoral Act

Section 35 Electoral Act 2022 is about Invalidity of multiple nomination. It is under Part IV (Procedure at Election) of the Act.

Where a candidate knowingly allows himself to be nominated by more than one political party or in more than one constituency, his nomination shall be void.
