Section 349 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about How Magistrates are to be addressed. It provides as follows:

Notwithstanding any law or custom to the contrary, enacted or obtaining, all Magistrates of the Magistrates’ Courts of Lagos State shall henceforth be addressed as ‘‘Your Honour’’.
